Sirop De Vanille!

10 May 2006 at 5:13 pm (*Sigh*, Cuisine)

Vanilla beans sliced in the middle, water and sugar… the mixture is allowed to simmer for quite some time before it is used to prepare desserts… while it is being prepared – it smells delicious and beautiful and soothing and seductive and gorgeous!
It reminds me of so much… at its different stages of cooking… of decadence… dissipation! Indulgence… Luxury… Gluttony… Babylonian Baths! Food… Desserts… Wines…
Wines… Ralph Lauren Polo, a bit of talc and a bit of soap (hint of lemon)… Reisling…
Angostura Bitters remind me of someone who used to offer me Pink Gin – a lady’s drink! An aged Red…
The Sav Blanc smells just like the field in my school – in the early hours of the morning when we used to have “Games”.
A sticky smelled just like gulabjamun and drove me insane!!!
And now… I shall take leave and write something worth reading next time… and not just ramble on…
Hot Chocolate! Reminds me of Razai… :)

Now that i’ve finally gotten around to commenting on your page, may i point out with stalker-like delight that this is one of three posts which don’t have a comment? :D

Ok, so make that two now.

Don’t believe me? Clue: Post 1 is called Ellipsis. Post 2 is the one before that.

Ok, am not too big with hints and clues, apparently.

    Gosh, i scare myself, sometimes.

I’ll keep dropping in with random trivia now that you’ve opened the gates. And yes, i’ve read every single one of these posts. Wierd no? But i take my stalker-like duties very seriously indeed.

Toodles. I have caused chaos and commotion. My job here is done.

Yes, you are not too big with hints or clues… you might be big on this stalking thing. But I am doubtful… you attention span is quite lacking.
